How To Place Your Order

Honestly, it's as simple as it looks!

Please follow the steps below.  If you get stuck at any point, please don't hesitate to contact the Barrie store for assistance.

  1.  You've already logged in, so you're all set to start your order.
  2. Hit the "Shop" button , or "click Here To Start Your Order" button from the Home page.
  3. Search for the item(s) you wish to order.  Hit either "enter" on your keyboard, or hit the little magnifying glass icon at the right of the search window.  This will bring up a full list of all items with the entered search criteria in the name.
  4. Click on the specific item you want, then select the quantity and add it to your shopping cart.  If you are choosing an item with a size variation (i.e. 200ml Traditional Balsamic) you will need to specify the size and quantity before adding it to your cart.
  5. Keep searching your required items and place them in your cart.  You can view your cart at anytime.
  6. Once you have everything you want in your shopping cart, proceed to the cart to review your order.  Edits can be made at this point.
  7. When you are ready, simply hit the "checkout" button.  Ensure you confirm your store name & address is correct on your order.
  8. The "pick up" and "pay on site" options will automatically be selected.  
  9. Hit the "pay now" button to complete your order.

That's it!  Your order is placed.  You will receive a confirmation email sent to you outlining everything you ordered.  The warehouse will automatically receive your order and start working on it as soon as they can.  You will receive another notification once your order is ready for pick up in Barrie.

Please place your weekly Oil & Balsamic order separate from your Food, General Merch & Supplies order, and please adhere to the deadlines noted below:

DEADLINES FOR ORDERING:

Oils & Vinegar: ​Monday by 2pm

Food: ​​Tuesday by 4pm

General Merch: ​​Tuesday by 4pm

Supplies: ​​​​Tuesday by 4pm

C'est Cheese: ​​Thursday by Noon (to Newmarket)
